588hh Terms and Conditions — Complete Terms of Platform Use

588hh (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "588hh") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 588hh.app website and its mobile application.

By registering or using 588hh, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using 588hh.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and carry the same binding force. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall be considered definitive, though every effort has been made to present all information accurately in the Bengali version.

To open an account with 588hh, you must provide accurate and complete information. 588hh reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or incomplete details.

• One Person, One Account: Each individual may only register one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Contact Information: The phone number and email address provided at registration must be active and registered in your name only.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Identity verification using a National ID or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Large withdrawals will not be approved without completed verification.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 588hh will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing your password with another person.
• Information Updates: If your address, phone number, or email changes, update your details on 588hh promptly so you don't miss any important communications.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on 588hh. If the local laws of your country or region set a higher minimum age for online gaming, that higher age requirement will apply.

All bets placed on 588hh are accepted, managed, and settled in accordance with the rules set out in this section. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation message is received from 588hh's system. If confirmation does not arrive due to a network issue, the bet cannot be guaranteed as accepted.
• 588hh reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is an obvious error in the odds.
• Sports bet outcomes cannot be changed once settled. However, if a clear error in the result is proven, 588hh may review the decision.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift between the moment you submit a bet and when it is accepted, the bet may be placed at the updated odds.

If a Match Is Cancelled

• If a sports event is cancelled in its entirety, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, once the minimum number of overs required has been completed, the result is determined using the DLS method and bets are settled accordingly.
• In football, if 90 minutes of play are not completed, the match is considered abandoned and the bet is voided. However, bets on events that have already occurred — such as first goalscorer — will remain valid.

All financial transactions on 588hh are processed through secure encryption. Direct deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Maximum ৳50,000 per single transaction.
• Your Account Only: Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Typically instant. If a delay occurs due to a bank or payment gateway issue, funds will be credited to your account within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum ৳5,00,000 per day.
• KYC Verification Is Mandatory: NID or passport verification is required before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 will not be approved without completed verification.
• Processing Time: Average 5–15 minutes. Up to 24 hours during periods of high traffic.
• Same Method Return: Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit.
• While a bonus is active: Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in that bonus being forfeited.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the specified rollover (x). For example, a 10x requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the period expires.
• Minimum Odds: Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 are counted toward wagering requirements.
• Once per account: Welcome bonuses and certain first-time offers can only be claimed once.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or engaging in coordinated betting to exploit bonuses may result in all bonuses being forfeited and accounts suspended.
• 588hh's Rights: 588hh reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 588hh. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person, or using an account on behalf of a third party
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Using 588hh for money laundering or introducing illicit funds
• Attempting to introduce hacking, viruses, or any malicious code into 588hh's systems
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of the same event to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Submitting false identity information or fraudulent documents during KYC verification

588hh may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. In the case of permanent closure, the reason will be communicated and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our policies.

• Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• You can also request account closure at any time by contacting support — the process will be completed within 48 hours.
• Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded upon account closure; however, any active bonuses will be forfeited.

588hh aims to maintain 99.9% system uptime. However, if a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical issue, or if there is an obvious error in the odds, 588hh reserves the right to review and void the affected bets.

If a live betting session is interrupted due to network issues, bets that were already confirmed remain valid. For bets placed before confirmation was received, 588hh's system will review each case and make a final decision.

• Losses arising from betting decisions based on inaccurate data supplied by third-party sports data providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
